Return or Exchange

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you don’t happy with our item or item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you should send us an email(info@tanyahebe.com) or leave message on contact us section of this web site, indicate the reason for the return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When you send us an email(info@tanyahebe.com) or leave message on contact us section. Please provide four important information’s:

1). Reason for return or exchange.
2). Order number
3). Date of purchase.
4). Photo of received item.

To checkout your order number and Date of purchase, login to your account and view "ORDER HISTORY". Your order number have format look like: LY1xxx;

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues:
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, such as resend the item for you again.

 

Refunds: 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on item price. Please understand we cannot refund shipping fee unless we sent wrong item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Resend or Exchange:
Buyer need to pay for shipping fee for both return and resend process unless we send wrong item with your order. We will let you know by email on how to pay those  shipping fee when you start a return process.
